LEARN TO COMPETE
LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE & ABOVE
 

This class is designed to teach you how to consistently and reliably win at singles and doubles.

 

We focus on developing a reliable serve, consistent groundstrokes, a fearless net game, a solid strategic IQ and resilience. This class is packed with valuable strategic and realtime applications.

TYSON'S CUP PRACTICE
LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE & ABOVE
 

Our Spring Tyson's Cup Competitive Practice is starting on Sunday, April 28th until Sunday, June 16th.  It is a coached and more fun way to get involved in the thrill of competition.

The competitive practice package includes match play against other clubs as well.  

- Women's matches on Monday: TBD

- Men's matches on Wednesday: TBD

 

Players who are participating in the competitive program will receive preferential line-up priority if they are available for the matches.

CARDIO TENNIS CLINIC

Cardio Tennis is an engaging full body workout open to both men and women of all skill levels. At Tennis Central we incorporate fast-paced drills in order to achieve the ultimate body workout.

  

  • Warmup: Dynamic stretching routine to ensure that your body is properly warmed up. 

  • Aerobic Section: Multiple stations set up to develop a strong skill set in the basics of tennis. 

  • Tennis Section: Group tennis games specifically designed to have fun while getting a good workout.

The Learn to Play is designed to give you the strongest tennis foundation for rapid efficient improvements. Most of our players jump from beginner to solid intermediate in less than 10 hours.

This class is designed for players who want to improve fast. This class is centered around learning the fundamentals and the right technique while still keeping it fun and empowering.   

 

Players do not need to have any prior competitive experience.
